Training and Coaching
Our training and coaching programs are based on innovative experiential and proven processes that generate transformative results.
They are designed to develop people's ability to recognise and move beyond their evolutionary hardwiring, beyond reactive and defensive behaviours that close down potentials, into open spaces of encounter and possibility. Our aim is to develop agile leaders who practice awareness-in-action, awareness that generates results.
We believe that an evolutionary worldview offers us new paradigms and practices by which we can conduct our lives, co-ordinate our organisations and business. Effective oranisations—family, community or business— model themselves today on the principles and processes of dynamic living systems. We bring those principles alive in dynamic experiences that leave participants feeling co-creatively alive, partners in an ongoing generative process.
Our Coaching program is integrally transformative. We're not interested in developing new strategies and behaviours to help individuals and organisations meet their goals. We're interested in transformation. Our modalities help individuals to transcend limiting ways of being, seeing and relating so as to expand personal, inter-personal and trans-personal potentials. It is our experience that developing these potentials leads to the generation of results. We assist our leaders to engage in open-ended dialogues and collaborations that produce synergies that just keep growing.
