The evolutionary history of life on this planet tells us that life is enormously creative. It produces novelty and uniqueness, elegant complexity and new orders of co-operation in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds.
Our task in this era of unprecendented challenge is to become consciously co-creative. It is to shape a future in which the whole community of life can thrive. It is to unfold potentials of being, awareness and inter-relating through which we create a world of difference, a culture that adds to nature.

eCoevolutionaries offers training and coaching programs in Evolutionary Leadership. We have various packages available, such as the Nature-Culture Project. We also tailor make programs for individuals, businesses and organisations. Additionally we offer a program of smaller workshops and retreats for those who wish to explore what it means to live as an eCoevolutionary.
Why eCo? We are inseparably part of an inter-connected whole. Everything is knit together in ecologies, both natural and social. Our body-heart-mind also acts like an ecological whole. It is dynamic, changing, growing, expanding its wholeness. It is part of a larger inter-connected system. As such we Co-evolve. We are co-created by one another, nature and culture. Together we are evolution-in-process.

Every being and every sytem is constantly changing, growing, transforming or is in decline being broken down into compost for the new generation of creatives. Life evolves systems of greater co-operation, creativity and complexity. Those who refuse the invitation to become part of the emergent ecology become extinct. As the human community we now face that choice. We can either co-creatively evolve or continue with our dysfunctional relationships with other humans and the Earth and so cause our own demise.
